Bookings
Demand for treatments at the Spa is high, therefore we recommend you book in advance. Spa days require a 25% deposit of the total cost of your day.
Deposits can be made by cheque and all major credit cards.

Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment appointment.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your spa day experience.
If clients are late for their appointment, the time will be deducted from the length of the scheduled treatment.
Cancellations for Spa Days
In the event of cancellations the following charges will be applicable:
14 days – 1 month’s notice: 25%
Less than 14 days notice: 50%
Cancellations for all other appointments
For 24 hours or less a 50% charge of your total treatment will be made.
Exceptions will be considered regarding genuine cancellations, such as for illness.
