After a session in the gym followed by a revitalising swim you can relax in the comfortable lounge and enjoy a light meal and a cup of coffee.

The excellent facilities include an L-shaped swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gym with separate resistance and cardiovascular suites, plus a cafeteria and lounge.

The Club re-opened in April 2003 after a complete complete refurbishment and was officially opened by swimming Olympic Gold Medal winner Duncan Goodhew MBE.
